Hotel Iidaya sister store, Iidaya-ken, near the station, was featured on BS Nippon Television’s weekly broadcast [Drunk Tsukaji’s Furatto Standing Soba]⭐️
The kakiage soba served for Mr. Tsukaji of Drunk Dragon is a popular dish that boasts large size homemade kakiage.
It’s crispy at first, but once the soup soaks in, both the kakiage and the soup become exceptional.

During the program, he also introduced the story of the soup, which has remained unchanged since the company’s founding.

Many of the guests staying at Hotel Iidaya have told me that they have been patronizing Iidaya-ken near the station for a long time, and I fondly remember going there many times to eat there when I was in high school. (^^*)
