Enjoy admission free to the must-go places in Matsumoto this New Year Holiday

We are celebrating the new year 2020 in a couple of days. The city and houses are beautifully decorated with traditional new year geishun ornaments like Kadomatsu, Shimegazari.

It’s a great chance for you to celebrate the new year with local people at Matsumoto castle and Yohashira shrine. From January 1st to 3nd you can get inside the Honmaru garden of Matsumoto castle for free. Don’t forget to take some commemorative pictures with Ninjas, Princess and Alp chan.

The Matsumoto city museum in front of the castle and Matsumoto museum of art are also opened for free-of-charge on January 3th.
